In this vibrant and lively April, the first skills competition held by Dongguan Jiachao Production Department in April came to a successful conclusion. The purpose of this competition is to stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning and improve their own skill levels. After fierce competition, a group of skilled elites stood out, showcasing the outstanding style of Jiachao employees.

Since its preparation, this skills competition has received high attention from company leaders and employees. To ensure the fairness, impartiality, and openness of the competition, the company has established a skills competition referee group (Human Resources Department&Production Department) and a technical evaluation group (PE), providing strong guarantees for the smooth progress of the competition.

The competition is divided into two projects: wrapping ceramic silicone and wrapping network tube. The participants are all frontline employees from the production department. After intense competition in the preliminary and semi-final rounds, two winners of the production skills PK competition were ultimately determined. These winners not only demonstrated technical proficiency, but also demonstrated a spirit of teamwork and continuous improvement in the competition.

It is worth mentioning that the evaluation criteria for this competition are calculated based on the number of good products produced within one hour, which greatly tests the technical proficiency and efficiency of the participants in the product. The more products there are, the higher the ranking. The evaluation method based on the standard of producing qualified quality not only reflects the fairness of the competition, but also inspires employees to pursue efficient and high-quality product output in their daily work.
